Founded in 1998, V12 is a family-run safety-footwear specialist with a strong focus on innovation, product development and rigorous testing. Its footwear is designed to provide long-term protection and comfort for workers operating in demanding and hazardous environments.
Fit is a particularly important part of V12’s approach. Its footwear lasts have been developed using data from more than 4,000 global foot scans, helping create footwear that better accommodates different foot shapes. V12 also offers dedicated women’s safety footwear developed around the anatomical shape of the female foot rather than simply downsizing men’s footwear.

V12’s footwear shape has been developed using data gathered from more than 4,000 foot scans. Combined with its insoles and anti-twist shank, this forms V12’s comfort-fit system, designed to provide support while allowing the foot to move more naturally.
IGS™ Intelligent Grip System
V12’s IGS™ outsole was developed using principles from tyre technology. Its water-dispersing hexagonal tread helps maintain contact on wet surfaces, while dedicated ladder grips and a redesigned heel strike provide additional stability for demanding working environments.
Advanced Waterproof Protection
Selected V12 footwear provides fully waterproof protection using high-performance membranes, including Sympatex on certain ranges. These systems are designed to prevent water entering while allowing moisture to escape, helping keep feet dry and comfortable during prolonged use.
True Women's Fit™
V12 has developed dedicated women’s safety footwear around the anatomical differences of the female foot. Rather than simply producing smaller versions of men’s boots, the range uses a specifically developed female last to provide appropriate fit, support and protection.
